Exchange & Return Policy

Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority

At Divago Boutique, we care deeply about our customers and consider their satisfaction one of our core values. We guarantee that every piece is 100% original and identical to what is shown.

Customers in Riyadh

  • Returns: items cannot be returned once the purchase is completed.
  • Exchanges: an item can only be exchanged for a different size, within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Customers Everywhere Else (Outside Riyadh)

  • Returns: items cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: items can be exchanged within 24 hours for a piece from our Instant Delivery section.

Exchanges

  • Exchange fee: 70 SAR, inside and outside Riyadh.
  • The processing time for your new order starts once we have received the exchanged item and checked its condition.
  • To request an exchange, email us at Divagoboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will reply as soon as possible.

Exchange Conditions

  • The replacement must be of equal or greater value than the original order.
  • The piece must be new and unused.
  • The piece must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and outer wrapping.
  • The piece must be free of perfume or any other scent.
  • If the piece carries perfume or a scent, or is damaged, the exchange will be declined and the item shipped back to you.

نحن نهتم كثيرًا بعملائنا، ونعتبر رضاهم من قيمنا الأساسية. نضمن أن جميع القطع أصلية ومطابقة بنسبة 100%.

عملاؤنا داخل مدينة الرياض

  • الاسترجاع: لا يمكن استرجاع المنتج بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.
  • الاستبدال: يمكن استبدال المنتج بمقاس مختلف فقط خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

عملاؤنا في جميع أنحاء العالم (ما عدا مدينة الرياض)

  • الاسترجاع: لا يمكن استرجاع المنتج.
  • الاستبدال: يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال 24 ساعة من خلال قسم التوصيل الفوري.

الاستبدال

  • يبدأ احتساب مدة الطلب الجديد بعد استلام القطعة المستبدلة والتأكد من حالتها.
  • رسوم الاستبدال: 70 ريال (داخل وخارج مدينة الرياض).
  • طريقة الاستبدال: بإرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى Divagoboutique@gmail.com بالبيانات التالية: رقم الطلب وسبب الاستبدال، وسيتم التجاوب في أقرب وقت.

شروط قبول الاستبدال

  • قيمة الاستبدال نفس قيمة الطلب وليست أقل.
  • أن تكون القطعة جديدة وغير مستخدمة.
  • إرجاع القطعة بنفس حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف والغلاف الخارجي.
  • ألا تحتوي القطعة على عطر أو أي رائحة.
  • في حال وجود عطر أو رائحة، أو إتلاف الفستان، يتم رفض الطلب وإعادة شحن القطعة للعميل.
