Exchange & Return Policy

At Divago Boutique, we care deeply about our customers' satisfaction. We would like to clarify our exchange and return policy:

• As fitting rooms are available in-store, returns and refunds are not permitted after a purchase has been completed.
• We offer an exchange service within no more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with the invoice and all attached tags present.
• The store reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item is used, damaged, or does not include the invoice.
